Legal
Website terms
These terms apply to use of the Classroom Audio Technology Ltd website. By continuing to use the site, you agree to use it lawfully and responsibly.
General information only
Website content is provided as general information about services and technology. It is not medical, audiological, legal, financial, funding or building-compliance advice. Individual equipment selection should account for the relevant hearing technology, listening needs, environment and professional input.
Products, compatibility and availability
Product features, compatibility, availability and manufacturer guidance can change. Information should be confirmed for the particular devices and system before purchase or installation. Images are illustrative and may show a different finish, generation or configuration.
Work and Access
Classroom Audio Technology does not administer Ireland’s Work and Access programme and cannot approve an application or guarantee funding. Applicants should use current Department of Social Protection guidance and obtain approval through the applicable official process before relying on reimbursement.
Quotations and contracts
Website content is not a binding offer. Supply, installation, servicing and other work are governed by the written quotation, order confirmation or service agreement applicable to that transaction.
External links
External links are provided for convenience and reference. Classroom Audio Technology does not control external content, availability, privacy practices or future changes and is not responsible for them.
Intellectual property and trademarks
Website text, layout and original brand assets are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. They may not be copied or republished for commercial use without permission. Phonak, Roger, RogerDirect and related product names or marks belong to Sonova or their respective owners. Reference to them does not transfer ownership or imply an endorsement beyond the accurate description of relevant products.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt, damage, probe, copy or misuse the website, its infrastructure or another person’s information. Automated access must not impose an unreasonable load or disregard applicable restrictions.
Liability
Reasonable care is taken with the website, but uninterrupted availability and complete freedom from error cannot be guaranteed. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Classroom Audio Technology is not responsible for loss caused solely by reliance on general website information instead of obtaining confirmation appropriate to the decision. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits any mandatory consumer rights.
Governing law and contact
These website terms are governed by Irish law, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction provided by applicable Irish and European law. Questions can be sent to eoin@classroomaudiotech.com or through the contact page.
